MTV EMA 2020: annunciate le candidature
Nonostante l’emergenza sanitaria che riguarda tutto il mondo, la musica non si ferma. E così il prossimo 8 novembre andranno comunque in scena gli MTV Europe Music Awards 2020, comunemente chiamati EMA. L’emittente ha annunciato le nomination e troviamo Lady Gaga in testa con ben sette candidature tra cui “Best Artist,” “Best Pop,” e ancora “Best Song” “Best Collaboration” e “Best Video” per il suo duetto con Ariana Grande in “Rain On Me”. Dietro di lei BTS e Justin Bieber la rincorrono con cinque nomination ciascuno. 
MTV EMA 2020: italiani in gara
Nella categoria “Best Italian Act” troviamo Diodato, Elettra Lamborghini, Irama, Levante e Random. Anche quest’anno il quinto artista italiano è stato scelto dal popolo del web: in una prima fase di votazione sulle Instagram Stories del profilo di MTV Italia, fra Achille Lauro, Elodie, Ghali, i Pinguini Tattici Nucleari e Random i preferiti sono stati Elodie e Random. Nella seconda fase i due vincitori si sono sfidati ancora e alla fine ad avere la meglio è stato Random. o show andrà in onda su MTV (canale 130 di Sky) alle 21.00 in simulcast su MTV Music (canali 131 e 704 di Sky) e in streaming su NOW TV.
